This property features a 10m x 4.5m swimming pool, complete with heating and customizable lighting to match your mood and preferences. Adjacent to the pool, you’ll find a Jacuzzi that comfortably seats up to six people, offering an ideal setting for unwinding and enjoying a soak.
The pool area is thoughtfully designed with eight sunbeds, three umbrellas, and an expansive seating area, while enjoying complete privacy.
Swimming pool towels will be provided.
For added safety, the pool is equipped with a secure blind system operated solely by the property manager.
Gym & Massage Room
The gym is equipped with state-of-the-art fitness equipment, including dumbbells, barbells, a squat rack, a deadlift area, multiple benches, a Technogym treadmill, elastic bands, kettlebells, and ropeskipping equipment.
Additionally, a Bluetooth–operated speaker is provided for your workout music. For added comfort, the gym includes several yoga mats and massage rollers, as well as a convenient toilet and shower.
Please note that access to the gym is restricted to individuals aged 18 and over.
Adjacent to the gym, you’ll find a dedicated massage room where a professional massage therapist can be arranged upon request.
The property is surrounded by many terraces and well-maintained gardens, ideal for outdoor dinings, children to play and adults to relax or play “pétanque”!
The property offers a covered car park with video surveillance for up to three cars including a Hybrid and EV Car charging station.
The property manager lives in a separate building on the property and is available in case of any inconveniences or emergencies.
The property manager also separately offers different services (such as grocery shopping, preparing food, buying breakfast) which can be discussed directly with the property manager.
