Who We Are

Le Domaine de Lisiere is a 17th century stone house in Provence nearby the villages of Sault and Monieux next to the Mont Ventoux and is located in the middle of the “lavender country”.

The history of the property dates back to the 17th century when it was the summer residency of the Archbishop of Aix en Provence. A few centuries later the property was acquired by the Mistral family, including the famous writer Frederic Mistral. The property remained with the Mistral family until the Mid-80s and afterwards belonged to a Marseille family who sold it to its current owners in late 2020. The property had a 3.5 years complete overhaul and refurbishment and finally became what it is today.
